Step 1 – Establishing needs

Before starting the project, we strive to understand all the details that will bring us closer to creating a unique design. Conversations with clients and listening to their needs enable us to understand their preferences regarding jewelry style. Photos and auxiliary drawings are also welcome. Every detail is of immense importance.

Step 2 – Creation and customization of the offer

The next step is to match the materials to the available budget. Undoubtedly, stones usually have the greatest impact on the price, but we do everything in our power to make the offer attractive while maintaining high product quality.

Step 3 – Contract signing and deposit payment

After approving the presented offer, we prepare a contract binding with a deposit payment of 50% of the value of the products. The contract includes all the details agreed with the clients, such as: type and purity of metal, design, parameters of precious stones.

Step 4 – Implementation

After completing the formalities, we proceed to action and within the agreed time frame (currently, orders are completed within 90 days), we create the desired jewelry.

Step 5 – Personal pickup or order delivery

Finally, the jewelry is prepared, thoroughly checked, and packed in an elegant box.

We are flexible with our clients, therefore, besides personal pickup, we also offer the option of safe delivery to a pre-determined location. The final payment can be made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING section.
